Early British Vox advert from the beginning of 1964. The Stratocaster-inspired Vox Soundcaster was very widely promoted at this time.
Latest modifications to this fine VOX instrument result in the finest yet guitar value. New design features include: exclusive built-in tremolo unit; built-in string damper for special muted sound effects; contoured, snug-fitting, body of hard-lustre polyester finish; slender neck of polished sycamore; adjustable reinforced rosewood fingerboard; three single-pole pick-ups, giving every possible variation in tone, and adjustable for bass, treble and volume.
