Fender Coronado

Fender Coronado | Coronado Adverts | Technical Specifications | Coronado Catalogue Appearances

The Fender Coronado was widely promoted in 1967, to fill the desire for hollow body thinlines of the 1960s, and to rival the likes of the Gibson ES series, Guild starfire, Hagstrom Viking, Hofner Verithin and Vox Lynx. Fender failed to break into this market in any significant way, however, and they turned their attention back to solid bodies pretty quickly afterwards.
