The Super Bassman was a 100w, 7 tube amplifier; two channels, each with its own volume, treble and bass control. It powered either one or two 2x15" cabinets; equipped with either Fender or JBL D-140 speaker cones.

1970 pricing was as follows:

SBI (JBL speakers) $980
SBII (Fender speakers) $1215
SBII (JBL speakers) $1510
