Fender Jaguar

1972 Fender guitar and bass catalogue - page 5

Fender's high-end solid body guitar, the Fender Jaguar. The 1972 catalogue was produced towards the end of that year, and although the Jaguar pictured sports an attractive Black custom finish (albeit without matching the headstock seen in the 1970 catalogue), and other custom finishes are listed as available, the next price list available would announce their discontinuation. As of June 1973, sunburst was the only avilable finish. Prices remain unchanged from 1970 though; a right-handed sunburst Jaguar is listed at $451.
