Gibson inroduced a whole new guitar concept in the 50's

Introduction to the 1975 thinline catalogue; Gibson thin electric acoustic guitars were only 17 years from their inception, back in the late 1950s. Individual models had come and gone, but three of the four guitars shown in this brochure were conceived back in 1958/59 and had been in continual production ever since.
