Gibson L-6S Deluxe pickup

1976 Gibson L-6S Deluxe
This Gibson pickup was another of the mid early/mid seventies designs by Bill Lawrence. Unlike the L-6S Custom models, the L-6S Deluxe has a black plastic cover, and five-sided surround. Part numbers are 13654 (bridge pickup) and 13655 (neck pickup). It is pictured below in situ , and disassembled with pickup surround and associated springs and screws. Note the date (December 11 1976) stamped on the bottom of the pickup.
