Guitar models listed are the M-75CS (chrome hardware) and M-75GS (gold hardware) - both solid body models; the semi-solid BluesBirds seen in the previous Guild catalogues and advertised in the equivalent page of the 1970 Guild catalogue was now gone.

The new BluesBirds also featured new bridge, tailpiece, and pickup designes. The BluesBird bass is shown with the Guild humbuckers that were mentioned in the previous catalogue, yet not illustrated until now.
