Vox Bassmaster wiring diagram

Vox Bassmaster wiring diagram

The Bassmaster had a really simple circuit; just one master volume, and one tone control. It had two Vox V1 pickups, which don't sound bad (have a listen to the Bassmaster and Vox Clubman sound clips on this site). There was no mechanism to select either pickup individually, however. The input jack shown is the coaxial cable type, as fitted originally. The layout in the image below is derived from a 1965/66 Vox Bassmaster.
