Shipping was fast but the hat was not protected at all and was very crumpled . I'm going to try and fix it but it's got a couple cracks from being squished. Straw hats are delicate and this was a good example of exactly how not to ship delicate things. Anyway, the vintage straw hat was cheap enough that I'm not completely heartbroken by the condition in arrived in.
