My desert island amp! This one's a true keeper!
Maven Peal Ganesha 1/100. 100 watt (really 140 distorted), amp head. Stellar amp! Top notch! Completely versatile, with loads of useful options and interactive controls. Easy, external bias. Use either or both of 2 pairs of tubes. Perfect tone, again with tons of versatility (bright switch for each channel, bass/mid/treble tone stack with presence, preamp boost, power amp boost/tight/loose switch, top notch tube buffered fx loop, footswitch to control fx loop and preamp boost). Massive headroom with beautiful cleans, but with great overdrive possibility with the right tubes and preamp boost. The manufacturer is wonderful to work with. I will need to send the amp to him to checked out, as I am having a problem with the bias pots (that seems to be the only thing wrong with it, although ... Completely worth it. I need to send a Tuskadaro to him too once I have the Ganesha back in all of its full glory. The Ganesha is destined to become my main amp for just about anything. Although, I really like the Tuskadaro (which is basically a simplified version of the Ganesha) and it can sound really excellent clean or overdriven. I also love the Zeeta 50, and it is self-biasing. It sounds amazing with 6L6's, and will continue to be fun to experiment with. Dave's amps are so unique in that along with being excellently designed and very well built (over-built, in fact), they offer an outstanding wattage control (with completely negates any thought off "too much amp"!), and Dave's proprietary "sag circuit". This eliminates the need for a rectifier tubes, and offer nearly infinite control over sag (which controls tight or looseness, bloom, and touch sensitivity or responsiveness). The Ganesha will definitely be a keeper. I could say more, but then it would just be gushing (or babbling).

stay away......cheap components....many issues!
wow.....what a piece of junk this boat anchor is.....the insides are poaded with chineese parts, the worst caps etc.......sounds so brittle and thin the only venue this is good for is paint removal from any wall !!!!.....not worth the price imwo!.....get a custom made amp for half the price , and stay far away from this company....mine blew up!!!....now playing thru a real sweet HIWATT CUSTOM 50......IT PUTS THIS AMP TO ABSOLUTE SHAME......GOOD LUCKwow.....what a piece of junk this boat anchor is.....the insides are poaded with chineese parts, the worst caps etc.......sounds so brittle and thin the only venue this is good for is paint removal from any wall !!!!.....not worth the price imwo!.....get a custom made amp for half the price , and stay far away from this company....mine blew up!!!....now playing thru a real sweet HIWATT CUSTOM 50......IT PUTS THIS AMP TO ABSOLUTE SHAME......GOOD LUCK
