Bought this and immediately realized I couldn't use it . Contacted seller right away on a Sunday and he claimed to already have shipped. He had the option to work with me on a refund , but instead chose to 1. Insult my intelligence being passive aggressive. Didn't care that I needed my refund as all my funds go towards my senior dog's meds. I bought this to try ND make $$ for my dog. I explained Very poor seller and human , to top it off the item is LOUD and took an hour + to burn 1 dvd
