Details of two thinline Gibson guitars: the completely hollow ES-325TD and semi-hollow (with maple centre-block) ES-335TD.
The ES-335TD was very well-established, having been in the Gibson line since 1958, however the 325 was relatively new; in fact one of the models initially demonstrated at the 1972 summer NAMM show. So the 1975 thinline brochure was the first to show this model, and the last; it was only included in Gibson pricelists until January 1977.
January 1975 zone 1 prices were as follows: ES-335TD, $599; ES-325TD, $499.
