This 1971 Rosetti (UK) Epiphone brochure was the second to promote the new line of Japanese Matsumoku built guitars, and in may ways it is just an updated version of the previous printing from mid-late 1970. In fact the cover and pages 2 and 3 are identical to the previous printing and the brochure still fits into eight pages, though more models are condensed onto fewer pages. Page 4 introduces two new models: both smaller-bodied folk acoustics, the Epiphone 6732 and 6832.
But perhaps the most interesting change relates to the new images of the 9525 solid body guitar and 9526 solid body bass, shown on pages 6 and 7. The text is identical to that of the previous catalogue, however the images show these instruments as many people will be most familiar with them: i.e. with a two-sided Epiphone-style headstock, rather than the Fender-style (or Aria 1802T-style) headstock shown in the earlier 1970 version.
Eight pages, 11 1/2" x 8 1/2". This brochure was also available as a part of the 1971 "A World of Guitars by Rosetti" catalogue.
