Page 12 shows images of a selection of Fender Steel guitars, with accompanying descriptions appearing on page 13. From left to right: 2 neck Stringmaster, Pedal 2000, Pedal 400, Deluxe 6, with volume and tone foot pedals in the foreground. The Fender Steel guitar range was unchanged from the previous year: in the 1968 catalog the same steel guitars models were pictured amongst hay bales in a corral - in '69 they were pictured outside the 'Silver Dollar' saloon - actually at Knott's berry farm, Buena Park, California.
Prices for these instruments (May 1969) were as follows: Pedal 2000 $1350; Pedal 400 $600; 2 neck Stringmaster $270/$290 (22 1/2" or 24 1/2" scale); Deluxe 6 $160.
