Gibson Les Paul catalog, 1970. The front cover shows the truss rod cover and headstock detail of the short-lived Les Paul Personal; the most expensive Les Paul guitar at the time. This was a very fine guitar with split diamond mother-of-pearl headstock inlays, five-ply binding and gold hardware - although this obviously can't be seen in this posterized image.
