1970 Martin 0-18t Tenor Guitar with Original Hardshell Case

I inherited this tenor guitar from my grandpa. I am not playing it enough to justify hanging onto it. I have done my best to be a good steward of this beautiful instrument.
In 2021, I had the neck straightened and refretted by Fairbuilt Guitar Co in Purcellville, VA. The guitar then moved with me to Denver where a few cracks opened up in the top plate which were cleated and glued by The Denver Folklore Center in 2026.

For auction is this Martin 0-18 guitar, serial number 44938, from 1930. I purchased this guitar about 10 years ago and had the neck reset and three of the top frets replaced with period correct fret bars The fingerboard was lifted a bit with an ebony ramp under the tail end.
