Sounds and plays great (the kings neck is so very comfortable) no buzzing nice action. Some of the switches get a little scratchy but do function (could benefit from some contact cleaner). Futurama II Deluxe can be seen on the head in the right light, has Hagstrom tuners, neck, neck plate and pickup and probably the bridge etc as well. It may have been a prototype and the space under the bridge may also be able to fit a piezo pickup. Bone nut and it looks like it had an extra two treble strings on it at some point. It also has the Hagstrom expander truss rod.

I bought this to sell on. I do not play guitar myself but I have sold them for a few years.

Info about this guitar:
When plugged into an amplifier, the guitar works fine. No crackles on the pots. All the functions seem good.
The neck is perfectly fine.

Case is in very good condition for its age, the only thing of note is that the lock latches have been changed to slightly later English made Cheney ( with key included). The case is too small for a Telecast or a Strat and just too small for an SG junior.
