Decent enough condition, these do work (ie the nylon wheels all turn) and they wont look out of place on a vintage cab
These came off of a 1969 Laney supergroup slanted cab I used to own - the cab is gone but the castors remain .
If your Laney cab is missing it's castors these are very easy to install as it will have its mounting holes - if your cab never had castors, 2 minutes with a drill and your good to go
