To start off, this guitar plays well and has a very nice tone to it. It has small signs of fret use and every fret plays well without buzzing. The electronics work good but sometimes the input jack can be finicky depending on the instrument cable you use. I always use high quality instrument cables so I never had an issue with it. These came as standard equipment on some Japan Epiphone guitars, also Aria, Penco, Univox & Greco models. It's a difficult set to find these days as a result of limited production. These are very strong pickups with 2-conductor wiring so installation is a breeze. The neck pickup registers a robust 11 57k on my trusty meter and the bridge is even stronger at 12 15k.
