This was my Dad's guitar from the 60s when he was a teenager. I have recently inherited it. Model T-100 and Serial No. EE-712. It had like a two-inch crack in the neck that I recently had fixed by the experts at Portland Fretworks. Guitar has some scratches and stuff so please look at the photos for inspection. 1967 GUILD STARFIRE XII 12 STRING SEMI HOLLOW BODY, TOBACCO SUNBURST. COSMETICALLY IN VERY GOOD CONDITION, A FEW SMALL CHIPS, SMALL CRACK WHERE THE TOP MEETS THE CENTER. TUNERS ARE REPLACEMENT SPERZALS. THE ORIGINAL FLOATING BRIDGE HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH A TUNOMATIC POST STYLE WHICH INSONATES AND STAYS IN TUNE MUCH BETTER THAN THE ORIGINAL. This is an early ?made in New York?? Guild X-150 ?Savoy?? from approximately 1955 as Guild moved to Hoboken in 1956. It features a 17?? lower bout and 25 5?? scale length, laminate spruce top and maple back and sides and single P-90 style pickup. The guitar has had its binding repaired and aged professionally so it looks natural to the age of the guitar. The guitar plays great and has a superb acoustic as well as electric sound.
