This is a beautiful one-of-a-kind Guild X-500, made in the USA in 1966. The X-500 was one of Guild's top of the line models, and this example has a custom ebony finish. It is a really beautiful instrument that plays and sounds fantastic. Everything is original except that it has been refretted. The guitar has been pro-setup in our store and it is in excellent condition. It comes with a hard shell case in very nice condition

This Guild X-350 was made in the original Guild factory in Manhattan, largely by craftsman who had come over from Epiphone following a strike at the factory there. Guild was founded near the end of 1952 and this guitar was made in 1954, the first year of this model.
